We are looking for a Senior Executive who wants to grow and develop with us. D&G Landscaping is a community staple when it comes to small and medium sized projects in the Ottawa and surrounding communities and we do so much more than just landscaping.
With a heavy civil component in our projects we are looking for someone with a civil engineering degree and/or civil project experience.
PM Duties
- Assume overall end-to-end ownership of scope, schedule, and quality of multiple projects’ life cycle;
- Create project work plans
- Set project milestones and manage team to successfully
- Monitor deliverables to ensure milestones are met on-budget and on-time
- Manage daily operational aspects of the project
- Develop, manage and deliver progress reports
- Report on implementation progress, risks and issues
- Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports
- Work on unusually complex problems
- Identify and work with stakeholders, sponsors and champions
- Some estimating work based on the need
- Examining, and recommending tendering, receiving and manage tenders, .
- Job showings, site visits as well as draft proposals and quotes as needed.
What You Need
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience
- Civil Engineering degree preferred
- Ottawa & Surrounding market experience preferred
- Ability to lift min 25lbs
