Volunteer Executive Assistant to the CEO
The J Healthcare Initiative is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer Executive Assistant to support our CEO for 15-20 hours per week. If you are passionate about our mission to improve healthcare and harm-reduction access for the homeless, we encourage you to apply!
In this role you will:
– Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
– Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
– Organize the committee meetings
– Provide administrative support for the leadership team
– Greet prospective board members and manage e-mail
Requirements:
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
– Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– More than 2 years experience in administrative role preferred
This is a remote volunteer position based in Vancouver, Canada. Candidates must be eligible to volunteer in Canada. The J Healthcare Initiative possesses valid non-profit organization registration and complies with all applicable laws.
