The Recruitment Co. Looking for Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division at Bolton, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Here at the Recruitment Co. we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding teams based in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, career-minded, and ambitious individual to join our multi-award-winning recruitment team. You will be responsible for owning the recruitment life cycle and account management of our existing customers.

The ideal candidate must have a UK Driving License and access to a car.

Role Purpose

You’ll be liaising with a variety of businesses, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing efficient and effective solutions. You will also interview candidates both face-face and by video technology to fully understand their skills, whilst using every opportunity to develop sales leads. The key to success will be your ability to match the best candidates in the market with the needs of your clients paired with effective client account management of our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• You will operate in 360 capacity, managing both clients and candidates
• You will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients and candidates
• Maximise online tools – LinkedIn, job boards, etc., to gain and retain quality candidates
• Account Management and development of current customers
• Use the strength of the team and wider business to ensure that you maximise the opportunity from existing customers
• Work across the business to ensure that key data is shared and that all leads about candidates and clients are effectively communicated to the relevant part of the business

What We Are Looking For

• Ideally you will have worked within a recruiting background whether that be in-house within a business or as an agency recruitment consultant or a strong desire to move in to the recruitment sector to support permanent recruitment solutions
• Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with great communication and a enjoys talking to people and forging great relationships
• Desire and the ability to develop and grow your own desk
• Someone who approaches their work in a transparent, honest and consistent way
