About the Position
The Human Relations function is committed to creating a work environment where people experience:
This position provides human resources expertise and guidance for London Centre of Hope and London Community and Family Services leaders and employees in the ministry units. The incumbent collaborates with and provides recommendations on recruitment and retention, salary administration, job evaluation, performance management, sensitive employee relations matters, leaves and disability management situations, and workplace wellness, health and safety. This position supports the delivery of human resources programs, services, and initiatives.

NOTE: Alternative combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $58,608 to $73,261 with the ability to progress to a maximum of $87,913. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as candidate location, market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
