Job Summary:
Administrative Assistant for the Human Resources Department will be responsible for many general functions within the department. This role will primarily focus on the organization of human resource and employee records, as well as corresponding with employees to answer the questions and concerns. This role must adhere to the mission, vision and values of the organization while also strictly following Employment Law standards within the Human Rights Code, Employment Standards Act, the Health and Safety Act etc. This role will report to the Human Resource Manager with the final say from The Tooth Corner’s CEO.
