What is a day in a life of a Creative Account Executive at theturnlab?
As a member of the client services team, you will collaborate with the project teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled. Your strong interpersonal skills will make it easy for you to build trusting relationships with our clients, acting as a liaison between them and our team. As a collaborator and strong communicator, you will be seen by your peers as a solid resource when it comes to debriefing them on brief requests. Through your eagerness to learn and your strong listening skills, you will maintain a solid understanding across all accounts on a day-to-day basis. In summary, you will:
work cross functionally with the agency to complete projects
act as a liaison between the team and the client to address questions/inquiries
regularly meet with clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
participate in weekly status calls to walk clients through the progress of the project
address client project requests to ensure all essential information is captured and complete for the brief
request and gather any required project assets such as files, print, media from the client for the team
act as a liaison between the client and internal teams for information retrieval
support the account supervisor by providing regular project updates
What value will you bring to our team?
You will have an undergraduate degree in marketing, sales, communications, or related field coupled with two (2) to three (3) years of account management experience in a fast-paced advertising agency. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills to build trusting business relationships with solid written and verbal communication skills. You will have strong planning and organizational skills to act as a middle person between the project team and our clients. Additionally, you will have:
proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, and ERP system (nice to have)
strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a busy, demanding, fast-paced agency
ability to work under pressure and take on volume, while maintaining quality
detail-oriented, well organized, solid time management skills and self-motivated
solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels – a team player
self-starter, efficient, organized, and able to produce high-quality work under pressure
maintain a positive attitude while working effectively under pressure
strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and confidentiality, with the ability to work independently
