Position Description
The Department of Computer Science within the Faculty of Science invites applications for a CPSC 219 Sessional Instructor in the Winter 2023 term.
The successful candidate will have responsibilities for instruction and associated duties for this 3-unit course during the Winter 2023 term, including the supervision and direction of teaching assistants that will teach the tutorial sections.
CPSC 219 – Introduction to Computer Science for Multidisciplinary Studies II
Continuation of Introduction to Computer Science for Multidisciplinary Studies I. Emphasis on object-oriented analysis and design of small-scale computational systems and implementation using an object-oriented language. Issues of design, modularization and programming style will be emphasized.
Winter 2023 Term Dates: Tuesday, January 3, 2023 – Friday, April 28, 2023
Teaching Schedule: Lectures are: L01 & L02 – WF 16:00 – 17:50 (this course is a web-based, online, synchronous course)
