The Wooden Monkey in Dartmouth is seeking an experienced candidate for our Sous Chef role. This position requires someone with previous experience in all aspects of cooking, from prep and pastry to hot line preparing meals. This position requires previous experience in placing orders with suppliers and product knowledge. This candidate will be managing staff, labour costs and delegating tasks. Salary: $38,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
