About *The R*ole: *
You will be the face of Thentia for many of our customers as you will troubleshoot their issues and champion their successes. As an Application Support Analyst, you will work collaboratively with Engineers, QA Analysts, Customer Success Managers, Business Analysts and Product Managers of the Customer Success team.
