We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join the compliance and fraud prevention division of Tier1. Operating under the Alessa brand, the compliance division is focused on creating comprehensive solutions to help financial institutions and many other organizations to comply with regulations and combat theft, fraud, money laundering and many other forms of financial crime. Every year billions of dollars are laundered internationally, supporting drug trafficking, smuggling, fraud, extortion, and corruption, enabling organized crime to continue their criminal activities. Fighting financial crime using advanced data analytics is a cutting-edge space with Anti-Money Laundering software and advanced analytics being driven by some of the brightest minds in the industry.
As a member of the Sales Team, the Sale Operations Analyst is responsible for the management and administration of Salesforce and sales tools, ensuring high quality data output and reporting. Partnering with the Manager, Sales Operations, they will analyze sales data, provide insights and ensure successful support and execution of sales processes, contracts, etc.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce.com, focusing on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting.
Investigate, action, and bring to resolution identified issues within Salesforce.
Build and prepare sales reports and dashboards to show performance, trends, opportunities, and risks across the customer lifecycle.
Manage and administer sales tools including ZoomInfo, Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Prepare and evaluate, in partnership with the Manager, Sales Operations, sales reports including quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and stage conversion rates to enable the effective analysis of key operational metrics/performance indicators.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Finance teams to support the successful execution of pre- and post-sales processes, including approval process, contract management, pipeline, and leads.
Research and recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on best practices, market research and new trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years experience in sales operations, ideally in a software company.
Experience managing Salesforce.com and proven ability to leverage solution capabilities.
Experience managing sales tools including ZoomInfo, Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft skills including Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong relationship building skills across various internal functions.
Experience tracking metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills including the ability to present and communicate data in meaningful way.
Salesforce Administration Certification is a definite asset.
