Position Overview:
Reporting Directly to the Finance Supervisor, the Finance Clerk Level 3 is responsible for checking and inputting financial data as well as leading and supporting Finance Clerks in the daily and ongoing accounts payable requirements of the Finance Department.

Knowledge of and experience with the principles and practices of accounting.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills and experience is essential. A working knowledge of the Networking Systems is required.
Sensitive, ongoing, co-operative attitude in working with others.
Ability to work independently and is self-motivated.
Good working knowledge of and experience with time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must:
a) provide a criminal record check prior to employment.
b) have a valid Ontario driver’s license.
c) be willing and able to travel.
Be aware of the cultural environment in which Tikinagan Child and Family Services operates.
Appropriate educational qualifications and/or equivalent combination of experience and training to manage the tasks and responsibilities of the position.
Ability to communicate in one of the Tikinagan Child and Family Service catchment area dialects is preferred.
On the job training will be provided.

Salary range for this position is $56,337 to $67,328 annually.
