Business Development Representative
Downtown Toronto: Hybrid & Flexible Work environment
This is a 6 month contract with the opportunity to go full time after a successful first 6 months
tilr has built a skill-based solution that helps companies deliver learning and development programs that unlock the true potential of each individual on the team. Our platform is low touch for HR and Operations teams allowing them to easily deliver a strategic L&D program that grows the company and its people together.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will create new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers to build relationships with them. If you have had previous experience qualifying and developing leads and meeting quotas this could be the role for you! Bonus points if you have worked in HR tech before.
At tilr we like to invest in and see our team members grow, as the first BDR to join our team you will play an important role in our company growth while building your own career.
