Your 3 -5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
The successful candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts and hours.
Duties /Responsibilities
Manage and lead all aspects of the day to day operation of the Tim Hortons Restaurant
Greet guests when they arrive and ensure that they are being properly looked after by team members
Distribute schedules and provide information to team members on the day’s duties
Ascertain that each team member is rotated on a regular basis so that he or she can learn the dynamics of all jobs within
the restaurant
Oversee the general cleanliness and sanitization of counters and restaurant areas
Assist in troubleshooting kitchen and dispensing equipment to make sure that work customer service is not affected
Ascertain that all menu items are constantly available
Coordinate efforts with suppliers to ensure that supplies are procured in a time efficient manner
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure that any repairs and maintenance needs are seen to promptly
Supervise the acceptance of all takeaway orders by ensuring proper food quality
Handle POS balancing by counting cash at the end of each shift and ensuring that any discrepancies are immediately addressed
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Ensure the restaurant meets Tim Horton’s critical standards of Guest Experience, Food Quality and Food Safety.
Develop, implement and analyze budgets.
Lead weekly manager meetings and marketing plans to help grow sales and guest counts.
Recruit, train and supervise team members.
Develop future Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers.
Create team member work schedule and monitor team member performance.
Address customers complaints or concerns.

Training Period
As this new restaurant is expected to open in the Summer of 2022, the successful candidate will be willing to complete their training program for this opportunity at our Taber, Alberta Location.

Customer service background preferred
