Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Directors for Multiple Regions at the Tim Lamb Group Sales & Acquisitions. As a Director for Multiple Regions, the successful candidate will be responsible for interacting professionally and effectively with Dealership owners and OEM executives on behalf of the Tim Lamb Group. They will lead and execute a buying strategy for the multiple regions in North America, interact with dealership personnel regarding potential acquisitions and manage multiple acquisition projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail, either as a General Manager, Dealer Principal, or an executive in a dealership group, dealer finance account manager or seinior mansgement experience at the OEM level.
• Experience in executing dealership buy or sell transactions is preferred but not mandatory
• Understanding of dealership financial statements and working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Experience managing multiple acquisition projects concurrently
• Ability to travel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

Compensation

This is a solely commission based position. Our top directors achieve compensation well in excess of 7 figures annually. This can be a very lucrative career for the right candidates
