Hello, Time Central is looking for a Customer Service Representative
We are one of Canada’s largest service providers for Watch and Jewellery repair in Canada.
Specific duties of the position are
-Answering phone calls, Directing them to the proper extension.
-Answering generic questions about location and procedures
-Providing status updates to clients in regards to their repairs
-Obtaining more information from clients for specific requests
-Answering calls specific to certain brands,
-Placing part orders to companies via excel and email files
-Submitting documents to certain departments in relation to brands and contracts.
-Entering repairs and making sure they are ready for watchmakers to work on.
The average work day will be 8 hours. From 8am – 4:30pm
Early leave on Fridays to enjoy the weekend, bbq’s and summer getaways are all part of the atmosphere you will experience here at TC.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
