What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
Responsible for coordinating all Loss Prevention (LP) related supplies for all existing and new stores nationally
Responsible for ordering new and replacement supplies
Coordinates new inventory shipments with supplier and/or vendors
Communicates supply requirements and processes to Stores
Maintains the store supply inventory, creates purchase orders, receives invoices and reports the inventory status to senior LP Leadership to support expense forecasting
Performs administrative functions within LP and provides back up support to other Coordinators as required
Participates in annual and special projects within the LP department as required
Partners with Field LP/Stores and District Loss Prevention Managers (DLPMs) to ensure proper supplies delivery is executed
Partners with LP Invoice Coordinator to ensure Purchase Orders are created, inventory is received systemically, and invoices are reconciled
Partners with all LP Coordinators to ensure all work activities are executed
Works productively and positively during times of change
Focuses on self-development and Individual Development Plan seeking out learning and growth opportunities
What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
Post-secondary education in Business Education preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a related field
Good project management and organizational skills to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the department needs; ability to track, update and maintain project activities and timelines
Demonstrated problem solving skills including analysis of information to effectively resolve issues and implement solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately; bilingualism an asset; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquiries or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
