Role Summary
Toothlife.ca is seeking an E-commerce Brand Manager to join our growing team!
Your role will include assisting in marketing and promotion for Toothlife Products, as well as achieving sales objectives through product management, website development, and analytics. Social Media strategy planning for product sales and email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities & Duties
E-commerce:
- Coordinating all aspects of our Shopify store (front & back-end).
- Setup of E-Commerce items, including SKU setup, writing, curating and maintaining product marketing copy on the website, and general website site merchandising and management.
- Update Shopify themes for seasonal sales and new products
- Monitor inventory movement and speak to distributors for product restocking and planning of new products.
- Analysis of sales (New and old products. monthly sales, discount code performance, and campaign performance).
Website Management:
- Oversee day-to-day management of the website, including troubleshooting any errors, redesigns, and enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize our website navigation, including sorting/filtering options to provide an optimized shopping experience online.
- Proofread and conduct quality-control checks of web content.
- Work with the Toothlife team to ensure product promotions are inputted and maximized.
- Building and updating product page descriptions and photos.
- Using analytics of website performance to improve the site.
- Optimizing website SEO.
Content Creation & Monitoring:
- Researching, planning, and developing strategies for social media, based on data.
- Reviewing, editing, and guiding the creation of content with Toothlife team members to ensure it has proper CTAs, aligns with an existing brand voice, and fits within the larger marketing strategy to reach client goals.
- Monitor stock levels for active items.
- Monitor results and sales trends on new items, new categories, and top-sellers.
Account Management:
- Communicating with clients across multiple accounts, sending deliverables for approval, ensuring client change requests have been properly actioned, explaining strategies in a client-friendly manner to ensure buy-in and approvals are received and owning the client relationship.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and content performance to upper management.
- Prepare documents to conduct analysis of categories, including website audits, trends, and business intelligence.
Project Coordination:
- Managing the completion of assigned projects, coordinating with your team to ensure their tasks have been completed and communicating with your manager when changes to the project are required.
- Assist with product development campaign strategy and launches.
- Coordinate all content required for online product setup.
Professional Development:
- Ensuring you are up-to-date on the latest changes to strategies or tools within social media and email marketing, and being the team expert on those tools.
- Execution of various marketing initiatives, and assist in special projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent in business and/or marketing.
- Have a solid understanding of all aspects of sales, including business planning.
- Highly effective in communication both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Understand the importance of customer experience.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and remotely.
- Organized with personal projects and time management.
- Experience with E-Commerce preferred.
- 2 + years of experience in digital media and content creation.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with photography are an asset.
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS.
- Shopify experience of 1-2 years preferred.
Work Remotely
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
