Our client, a premier energy services company specializing in compression, power generation, electrical instrumentation, automation and equipment fabrication has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team in their Edmonton, AB office on a full time, permanent basis. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead billing and cash collection efforts
- Ensure timely invoicing, collection and posting of all accounts
- Coordinate and support branch billing teams to ensure targets are met
- Act as technical resource for billing teams and train new associates
- Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of collections issues, delayed billings etc
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, clients etc
- Financial reporting preparation and analysis
What You Bring To The Table
- Degree or diploma in accounting or finance
- 5 years experience in billing/accounts receivable
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Previous knowledge in MS Dynamics Great Plains, Open Invoice, Cortex or Portal invoicing preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Power BI experience an asset
- Superior communication and collaboration skills
