Calgary, Alberta Remote Our Client, a educational healthcare company, is looking for a Marketing/Admin Assistant to join their rapidly growing team. As a Marketing/Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with the marketing team, sales team and CEO to deliver exceptional marketing content.

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing marketing materials
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments as needed
- Administrative tasks such as ordering marketing materials, invoicing and internal communications
- Organizing small to mid sized events
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, assisting with scheduling, and filing
What You Bring To The Table
- 1+ year of administrative or marketing experience
- Track record of being hands-on and rolling up your sleeves when needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You are a creative go-getter who loves to bring ideas to life
