What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing payroll processes
- Maintaining payroll records
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including making any necessary adjustments to payroll processes.
- Managing a team of payroll specialists, including task delegation, providing training and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Developing and implementing payroll policies
What You Bring To The Table
- Experience managing the payroll processes for over 1000 employees required, preferably across multiple provinces
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation required
- Proven experience managing a team of payroll professionals required
- Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Previous experience with ADP or Workday strongly preferred
