What You Will Be Doing:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to success. You will be responsible for directing and evaluating sales operations, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the provision of exceptional customer service.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate sales team operations
- Develop and monitor detailed sales strategies
- Build and retain an effective sales team
- Set and achieve sales goals
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Provide leadership for employee relations and development
What You Bring To The Table:
- Valid VSA license
- Completion of secondary education
- Track record of successful leadership and team management
- Proficiency in presentation and effective closing techniques
- Previous experience in automotive sales and/or the RV industry
- Flexibility to work weekends
