Under the supervision of the Director, HR Administration and Payroll, the incumbent is responsible for identifying the best management and performance indicators in relation to business issues. He/she collects and analyzes data in order to create various reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making by human resources and internal partners. He/she ensures data governance in order to standardize the indicators over time.
