Duties & Essential Job Functions:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, monitor levels, order parts for point of sale, and complete cycle counts.
• Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with part identification and provide technical support.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote parts through displays, online platforms, and sales strategies.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts, resolve quality issues, ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and maintain records.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and team members is crucial for providing assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of trailer parts, accessories, and their applications is essential for assisting customers and ensuring the correct parts are ordered and stocked.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify issues with inventory, parts quality, or customer inquiries, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.

Work Experience

• 5+ years’ experience with heavy-duty trailer Parts Counter or Parts Sales preferred but not required
