SERVICE MANAGER Our busy Isalnd Dealership is looking to hire an expereinces Parts Manager. We are searching for an RV Parts Manager who is motivated and serious about a career in this highly competitive industry. As Parts Manager, our customers and your team will look to you for guidance, leadership and expertise.
Job Duties
- Monitor staff attendance
- Participate in operations/ departmental planning
- Interview staff for department
- Schedule vacation / time off requests from staff
- Respond to emails and inquires in a timely fashion
- Review work orders to ensure correct coding
- Problem solving with staff
- Be available for consult and support to all Parts staff
- Confirm external estimates, review for accuracy
- Maintain an enthusastic attitude to build positive employee morale
- Track daily sales of Parts department
- Creata annual budgets
- Compile and analyze monthly management reports
- Maintain tight control over parts inventory
- Coordinate Parts marketing
- Attend delivery meetings each morning to ensure units are ready, discuss with Sales and Finance Managers
- Attend weekly management meetings
- Review A/R for Parts
- Interview and hire applicants for the department
- Ensure a safe and respectful workplace for all staff
Education / Experience
Applicants with RV industry experience, Management experience and/or Service writing experience are preffered
Compensation
- $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually
