Parts Manager – RV Dealership If you are driven to help people, passionate about customer service, and ready to lead a successful Parts Team, then this oppurtunity is for YOU. We’re searching for an RV Parts Manager who is motivcated and serious about a true career in this highly competitive industry. As Parts Manager, our customers and your team will look to you for guidance, leadership and expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor staffing attendance
- Participate in operations / departmental planning
- Create annual budgets
- Coodinate Parts marketing
- Check and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely fashion
- Track daily gross sales of Parts Department
- Reconcile and report damges and or losses
- Provide on the job training for staff
- Schedule vacation for counter and warehouse Parts staff
- Follow-up on recieved parts for service department
- Maintain tight control over Parts inventory
- Ensure the quality of customer service provided by Parts Department
- Attend weekly Managers meeting
- Accounts receivable for Parts and Warranty
- Interview applicants for Parts Department
- Problem solving with staff
- Ensure the Parts Department is safe
- Ensure staff have the correct tools and training to complete the required work
- Create and encourage a positive enviornment
- Available to repond to “in the moment” needs of your team
- Ensure a respectful workplace for all staff
Education And/or Experience
RV industry experience, Management experience and Parts writer experience are preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Operator Driver’s License (must be insurable)
