Overview:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will spend your time primarily working with the Consultant, Talent Management to attract top talent to join our “Better Together” team at Trillium Health Partners. We want you to bring your enthusiasm and ideas for talent management to support our recruitment initiatives and being an employer of choice in healthcare.
Accountabilities:
Be the BEST representative for THP with potential candidates and our Hiring Leaders and ensure that they have the most incredible recruitment experience
Utilize your highly tactical abilities to schedule, coordinate and book interviews, interview rooms and conduct testing
Make sure that our candidates are the right candidates by executing the reference process directly and with a third party provider
Design the most interesting and meaningful interview guides and prepare interview packages
Find the winning candidate by completing screening calls prior to interviews taking place
Help us stay organized by maintaining electronic files/job folders for Recruitment
Play a vital role in assisting with developing and delivering recruitment initiatives including but not limited to job fairs, student recruitment initiatives, etc.
Help us know where are people are by maintaining contracts in a up to date format
Support with tracking, analytics and Leadership Reporting so we can tell the full story about what we do and how we do it
Complete and update Posting Information Sheets to help our Hiring Leaders get the BEST experience
Help manage external vendor relationships when needed
Give our candidates their dream job by working within our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs) to complete the hiring process and to pull essential data
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
Provide administrative support to the department as required
Develop new and creative ideas to help improve processes and create synergies between Leader Services and other functions at THP
Perform other related duties as required
Here’s what you need to have:
A growth mindset
High ability to anticipate and deliver on needs within the recruitment process
Two to three years of experience working in Human Resources with specific experience in management recruitment
Superior organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when appropriate
Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume workload to meet required deadlines
Background and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Able to perform under changing and tight deadlines
A strong ability to see tasks though to a point of successful completion
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field

A designation as a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) is an asset
