Our Client is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Markham!

DUTIES:

Daily support for customers in providing them with current pricing, quotes, entering and processing orders.
Provide administrative support such as handling incoming inquiries, invoicing, filing, and mail.
Inform customers of new products, services promotions, and upcoming events
Dealing with receiving incoming lots, refining quotes and customer inquires
Work in collaboration with Sales team and provide support when required.
Register new customer by opening accounts.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause
of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Marketing & creating brand awareness.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

College diploma or equivalent in business administration or marketing
Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
Advanced computer skills (Outlook, MS Office, SAP)
Attention to detail Experience in jewelry/precious metals industry is considered a strong asset
Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
Must be fluent in English – verbal and written.

Shift Time: Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: $40.000 a year
