Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Accounting and Purchasing Assistant at THC Inc. in Mont-Tremblant, QC. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of accounting and purchasing records. This includes handling accounts receivable, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and assisting in purchasing/inventory control activities. You will work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to maintain accurate records with attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Experience in the hospitality industry a plus, but not required
