Human Resources Administrator
This is a new role crafted to help support the growing needs of Employee Services @ True Mechanical.
The goal of this role is to support all of the administrative needs of Human Resources, Payroll and Executive Team Leaders.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with a least 2 years of work experience in an office environment.

As Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting all areas of people & culture including: hiring/onboarding, employee engagement, and ongoing apprenticeship administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make an impact, thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and be passionate about human resources. They will have a calm maturity and natural ability to connect with others. Experience in the construction industry will be considered an asset but is not required.
