Job Description:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and
developing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the team to understand our clients’
needs and create customized staffing solutions that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for
building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients, conducting market research to identify new
opportunities, and presenting proposals to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
▪ Work closely with the team to understand clients’ staffing needs and create customized solutions that
meet their requirements.
▪ Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy and ensure sales targets are met.
▪ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
▪ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
▪ Present proposals to clients and negotiate contracts.
▪ Work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies that generate leads and
build brand awareness.
▪ Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
▪ 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
▪ Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
▪ Entrepreneurial spirit
▪ Ability to think strategically and develop business plans.
▪ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
▪ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
▪ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
▪ Willingness to travel as needed.
▪ Solid network of contacts to drive business growth.
