Tusket Ford is hiring a Full Time Parts Advisor. A Parts Advisor works directly with customers, suppliers and technicians providing them with information and sourcing parts using an online parts catalogue.

Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor would be:
- Assisting customers with all their parts needs in a friendly and timely manner
- Answering phone calls from customers and other businesses
- Accurately pricing parts and accessories
- Gathering all required parts for technicians and service advisors and accurately billing them on the correct work order
- Shipping and receiving parts orders
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Knowledge of computerized parts programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
