Job Description Accounting and Administrative
Attend Weekly Company Status Meetings/Calls
Learn industry-specific media/accounting system.
Payables entry / importing and Job Reconciliation, collaborating with a hard-working team of Media Buyers
Reviewing Media discrepancies, AP and GL reconciliations, vendor management and handling internal and external inquiries
Assist with year-end and month-end financial reporting.
Reports as required for Management.
Qualifications
Diploma in Accounting or Finance
2 years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency in Excel required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact productively with others across departments
High level of English communication skills
