Who We Are

U+ is a global digital product development company with 11 years of experience and a 65-person strong in-house team. We have the skills, experience that built two corporate innovation labs, exited 3 companies, invested in 140+ startups and generated over $1B in market value. Through our experience, we have developed a methodology that helps de-risk innovation and product launches that is customer led and based on rapid iteration. The purpose of our approach is to find the truth about where a digital product fits in the market, if it does at all, and what to do about it. Our clients are based in the US, Europe and UAE, and we support them with a multinational workforce comprised of designers, product leads, commercialization leads and software engineers.

What will you do

• You will function as the project lead, coordinating delivery and internal resources to meet the client expectations
• You will be the guardian of the U+ methodology and work to ensure client buy in and participation to create a highly collaborative relationship
• Together with the product lead, you will lead the effort to establish and prove product market fit increasing the success rate of customer adoption and reducing the time to market
• You will set up and manage market testing and research efforts, and through in-depth data analysis drive the iterations of the campaigns to consistently improve results and prove product viability and scalability
• You will be integral in managing the client relationship and align the rest of the U+ team in communication and project governance
• You will lead status update meetings with clients and the U+ team

Who you are

• You love learning and building new things
• You are curious and have strong analytical skills, both in terms of quantitative data and ability to draw insights from qualitative research
• You have a deep understanding of product development, market development, marketing, and the customer lifecycle, and can use this to analyze growth opportunities and establish product / market fit
• You have experience in building and shipping digital products together with teams of designers and developers resulting in significant business impact
• You have advanced knowledge of commercialisation processes, methods and techniques; including technology/IP assessment and valuation, market testing and an understanding of digital communication channels
• Strong all-round knowledge of project management and planning/delivery to timescales
• You have the ability to establish, develop and manage high level external relationships and the ability to use influence to generate buy in
• You work effectively in a complex organisation and lead effective interaction with colleagues from a range of backgrounds and levels of seniority
• You thrive in fast paced environments, you are proactive and you are confident enough to ask for help and support from your teammates when stuck

Pay: $80,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
