Unilever is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to lead key priorities in the Hellmann’s strategy, focused on full funnel marketing communications. This position offers a great opportunity to demonstrate independent leadership and own deliverables. We’re looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running, demonstrate high levels of responsibility, ownership and desire to develop within the exciting and demanding world of Foods.
Who You Are
You’re a born leader: This position requires strong leadership skills as you will interact with multi-functional business partners as well as agencies.
You have a bias for action: This position will require someone to operate in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment, and this individual is not satisfied with the status quo.
You show empathy and curiosity: You will need to develop an understanding of consumer and shopper missions in food, and how they vary across retail channels.
You generate powerful insights: Our work starts with understanding what drives our consumers to purchase, and crafting plans based on those insights, including nuances based on the shopping occasion and retail channel.
You transform data into insights: Strong analytical skills are required to understand the business, identify opportunities and risks, and propose relevant actions.
