Unilever Looking for Senior Financial Analyst – Customer Development at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

As part of Unilever Canada’s Finance team, this role will support the Customer Development function reporting to the Customer Development Finance Manager.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

• Work with account teams to help deliver plan
• Prepare pre-reads & co-lead monthly trade management meetings with account teams
• Work with accounts to close gaps where necessary
• Lead projects where necessary such as Customer cost analytics, Customer exclusivity requests, CD Target setting, Customer Asks, etc
• Update and manage customer agreements
• Co-ordinate with teams to leverage tools to enhance analytics (P&L, ROMI report etc)

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• A degree in accounting or a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA etc) is preferred but not compulsory with 3+ years of relevant finance experience
• Ability to combine multiple and different data points to draw conclusions
• Apply systematic approach to identify and eliminate root causes
• Sees problems through to a complete solution beyond the immediate next step
• Business acumen: Understanding of the FMCG industry and the challenges and be able to rapidly absorbs new information, knowledge and applies new techniques, technology and procedures
• Understand Canadian Retail landscape a plus!
