Unique Fine Fabrics Import Inc. Looking for Customer Service Representative at Woodbridge, ON Full Time

Unique Fine Fabrics is a dynamic and fast growing global distributor of textiles and accessories. We are seeking an individual to join our Customer Service team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to meet our customers expectations. The successful candidate will assist customers on tasks such as taking orders, tracking orders and other customer service related inquires.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Answers customer calls and emails regarding order status, ship dates, product information, pricing or other information as needed from customer

· Process incoming customer orders accurately

· Assist walk in customers with placing orders

· Liaison between customer and warehouse

· Maintain customer expectations

Qualifications and Skills:

· 3 yrs+ customer service experience and data entry experience required

· Microsoft Office experience required

· Experience using ERP software such as SAP

· College Diploma Preferred

· Proficient in reading and writing English

· An acute attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Able to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment along other team members
