Responsibilities

• Act as a brand evangelist, devise creative ways to promote UniUni
• Amplify social media engagement, increase online presence
• Engage your inner detective skills to investigate issues and work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Care team to solve problems
• Be the primary point of contact for customer reviews, understand customer pain points and offer solutions
• Aggregate customer feedback and work with cross-functional departments to identify root causes of issues and help develop solutions
• Identify marketing and customer service trends in the industry and implement processes that result in heightened client experience

Qualifications and skills

• Customer-first focus
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Social Media
• Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset)
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Creative problem-solving
