About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will be responsible in the project management needs as well as the production needs of the Creative department which includes a team of: graphic designers, copywriters, web developers,
videographer/photographer, Art director, and Sr.Creative Director. The Project Manager will oversee projects from start to finish of various digital, and print projects, as well as will delegate, assign tasks to the Creative team members using the Foundation’s Project Management tool Asana, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily:
Project management of digital and print projects
Identifying project goals, needs, scope, and assign each step of the process using Asana project management tool
Ensure all tasks, deliverables are delivered on time
Planning, monitoring, communicating tasks throughout a project
Work in collaboration with the Director of Project Management to identify freelance needs and assist in finding resources
Build and maintain a positive relationship with all internal stakeholders and vendors
Works closely with the Marketing department as well as multiple internal stakeholders to develop reasonable and detailed work back schedules for projects
Manages production needs of the team
Performs other duties as required.
Candidate Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
Integrated advertising agency experience considered a strong asset
Experience using Asana project management tool a strong asset
Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:
Demonstrate strong, professional work ethic with excellent organization, time management and project management skills
Proven ability to project manage creative projects of all types: print, digital, social, broadcast, etc
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously ensuring projects are running on-track
Be highly detail-oriented, team focused, solution driven with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal relationship and strong collaboration skills with all key stakeholders
Manage print production quotes, work with vendors selected and other tasks related
Excellent listening, written and communication skills

Work Environment:
Regular daily hours of work. Some evenings or weekends may be required
While a hybrid work environment exists, time at the office is expected (700 University Avenue, Toronto)
