Position
Reporting to the Manager, Academic Programs and Student Services, the Team Lead Academic Advising will supervise a team of academic advisors in the undergraduate and graduate programs within the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Our Student Services office supports 560 PharmD students and 70 graduate students with an annual intake of 145 students. With our PharmD program being an accredited program, the curriculum is very much prescribed and students only have the opportunity to take one elective throughout the course of the program.
Responsibilities
While providing support to the 3x coordinators this position supervises, they will also be responsible for leading the student services office and providing leadership to align with College of Health Sciences and Institutional best practices in this area. They will also be the primary point of contact for to prospective and current undergraduate Pharmacy students. Specific responsibilities include:
