Your Opportunity
As the Associate Registrar, Records & Registration, you will work as a key partner in accomplishing ROSE’s goals. Working under the direct supervision of the Director, Student Experience, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing operational workflow for registration, course enrollment, and graduation cycles to support OISE’s enrollment objectives while helping to provide an excellent student experience. Drawing on your expertise in registrarial systems and data analysis, you will create student records plans and structures that aim to improve the quality and integrity of our student data and academic records and help us reinforce data-driven decision making. Your proven ability to evaluate processes and navigate a highly complex, decentralized graduate faculty, along with your knowledge of academic regulations and graduate education administration, will enable you to build improvements that support the Institute’s objectives and achieve our service level expectations. Your exemplary communication skills and diplomacy will enable you to liaise closely with OISE’s departments to advise students who are seeking guidance on academic progress matters and to create a safe environment for those who may be experiencing complex or serious circumstances. An experienced supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee the work of the registration team within ROSE.

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone: USW Pay Band 15 — $93,752 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $119,892. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
