Description:
We’re looking for our first Strategy & Operations Analyst to join the Unstoppable product team. This role, reporting to our Head of Product Ops, will help to design the systems, tools, and practices that will enable our technology org to quintuple this year.
You’ll have a seat at the table for decisions on organizational growth planning, product strategy, tools and vendor relationships, company and team-level goal setting, and more. You will own our technology team’s operational processes, constantly finding and resolving inefficiencies in the way we work.
This role is extraordinarily high leverage. Small changes to how we work can have far-reaching consequences so the ability to think in systems (and understand the second and third-order consequences of changing them) is critical. We’re looking for a person who’s detail-oriented, innately curious, and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Focus areas:
Growth planning
Operational system design
Strategic projects
Business analysis
You Will:
Lead strategic planning and operations for the Product organization: drive annual planning, OKR-setting, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews
Think critically about the tools that we use and experiment with alternatives to make us more effective
Design and manage the ‘operating system’ of the technology organization — routines, practices, philosophies, tools, and systems
Contribute to product strategy, long-term product direction, organizational growth and budgeting plans
Lead ad-hoc special growth projects for the product organization
Requirements:
Experience in similar fast-paced, highly leveraged systemic roles in tech (Strategy & Ops, Chief of Staff, etc.) and/or a background in top tier management consulting or banking
Highly-refined presentation skills, both written & verbal
Ability to understand, explain, and work within complex systems
A history of strong interpersonal relationships and evidence of using them to get things done
Experience working in a modern software organization (with product, engineering, and/or design teams)
Exceptional project management & personal organization skills, strong attention to detail
Experience working with & extracting insights from data
Nice to have:
Technical skills such as SQL, Python, or other self-serve data analysis tools
A passion for web3 and crypto technologies and/or a willingness to immerse yourself in the web3 world
We Offer:
100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance
401(k) with 4% company match
Equity
100% remote-work environment
Monthly co-working space stipend
Home office budget
20 days of PTO, in addition to time off for national holidays
Disability insurance
Life Insurance
Employee Assistance Program
Travel Assistance Program
