Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years experience in surface treatment/pavement preservation operations
A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
Day in the Life
As a Field Coordinator, you are an essential part of the construction team, ensuring all pre-planning work is complete for the crew before arrival, assisting with scheduling, overseeing, and coordinating resources for various projects. Attention to detail will be important as you will be reviewing submittals for accuracy and ensuring they get to the administration staff in a timely manner. You will be the liaison between owner representatives and contract administrators.
The most important aspect of your job will be to ensure all pre-planning work is complete for the crew as they will heavily rely on you to support the construction team. Your commitment to the projects will not go unnoticed as you adapt to the everchanging environment and solve problems that arise, providing support and a sense of urgency when needed.
