Urbacon Looking for Front Desk Assistant at Toronto, ON Full Time

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a candidate that is a confident, dependable, and professional team player to join us in the role of Front Desk Assistant.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Answer and direct calls from Main Reception.
• Greet and log guest as they arrive.
• Manage safety screening of guests and employees attending the office.
• Arrange meetings and source caterers.
• Order office supplies using online ordering systems and maintain inventory.
• Maintain corporate boardrooms and kitchens.
• Assist Human Resources with new employee set up and orientation, employee attendance, and organizing corporate events.
• Process invoices and expense reports.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications required:

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a front office handling reception duties.
• Excellent communication skills, including command of the English language both written and verbal.

Skills required:

• Friendly and outgoing personality, professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new programs and technology.
• Resourceful and proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
