Vancouver Airport Authority Looking for Human Resources Administrator at Vancouver, BC Full Time

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beginning a career in human resources to help us maintain and further optimize that foundation.

YVR is looking for someone with a positive attitude and learning mindset that can not only provide but also improve the administrative processes that support our strategic HR programs. Within the primary areas of recruiting, learning and development, rewards and recognition, labour relations and program delivery, you can achieve all of this in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administrative support of recruiting including vacancies, outreach, interview schedules and background and reference checks
• Design, document and implement best practice HR processes
• Rewards program administration and coordination
• Record keeping of grievances, corrective measures, and exclusion requests within labour relations

Key qualifications include:

• Post-secondary education and/or courses in Human Resources considered an asset
• 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and data entry
