In this role, you will:

• Work with both structured and unstructured data to provide insights (customer interactions, UV system operations, service opportunities)

• Create and maintain consistency in reporting data insights.

• Collaborate cross functionally to develop new data insight initiatives.

• Lead the problem-solving process to address issues and opportunities, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Service, Sales and Marketing teams to meet key performance indicators.

• Leverage the DBS tools to initiate and champion impactful and sustainable kaizens/events to drive continuous improvement to processes related to growing our digital infrastructure of our install base.

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience finding and reporting insights using statistics, machine learning and visualization tools, including proficient using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as PowerBI

• Experience with a variety of database types (SQL/NoSQL, columnar, object-oriented) and diverse data formats, and familiarity with querying data using SQL/KQL

• Experience executing ETL processes and developing data models by integrating information from multiple sources.

• Demonstrated experience of developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering)

• Proficiency in handling time series data through Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, PySpark) for data cleansing and development of statistical and machine learning models.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• BS degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent.
