Verger Belliveau Orchard Looking for Office Administrator at Memramcook, NB Full Time

Verger Belliveau Orchard is one of Atlantic Canada’s premier growers and suppliers of apples. Established in 1932 and located in Southeastern New-Brunswick, we have over 85 acres of orchards and produce 25 cultivars of apples, with a focus on Honeycrisp, Gala and Ambrosia. Our brand is supported by direct sale marketing, and we also have a line of value-added products, including sweet cider, sparkling juices, our ‘SCOW’ and ‘Storm’ hard ciders, and ‘Crooked’ fruit wines.

Accountabilities:

• Respond to incoming calls
• Process all orders from clients
• Prepare appropriate documentation / booking time slots for proper shipments of products
• Process purchase orders for incoming apple purchases
• Reconcile invoices before forwarding to payment processing
• Accurately track inventory
• Create and present reports for ad hoc
• Ordering operational supplies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge in Sage 300
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and French
• Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Agricultural practices would be a major asset
