What you’ll do
Create and own the whole marketing strategy
Work towards making Videoly a thought leader in our field and create influential marketing
Own the entire marketing function and lead the work of the whole team in order to maximize the number of inbound leads and make sure our digital presence stays consistently on the right level
Provide our content team with strategic direction to drive thought leadership and messaging across our target audiences and coordinate the execution of the content strategy
Collaborate with the whole commercial and sales team to plan, recommend and oversee the implementation of marketing activities related to their needs and commercial strategy
Together with our designers own and develop our brand identity
Lead, coach and further build a high-performing marketing team consisting of a Growth Marketing Manager, Copywriter, Designers and growth hacking resources
Work as a pioneer who doesn’t shy away from a challenge in an international environment either from our Helsinki or Toronto office
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience with B2B digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS company
Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry (a plus)
Demonstrated experience in the creation, delivery, and measurement of marketing campaigns across channels
Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership to generate inbound leads and drive revenue growth
Demonstrated experience with cultivating a brand story in a way that translates into long-term brand growth, preferably in the North American market
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill with a good sense of planning, organization and prioritization
Natural ability to participate both in strategic and business discussions and take a hands on approach to executing
Vision, creativity and an eye for good copy and great visuals
Deep knowledge and understanding of analytics & performance data and their meaning when elevating a brand onto the world stage
Energy and enthusiasm in guiding and coaching a best in class marketing team
