We are looking for a highly creative and analytical individual to join our high-performing Marketing team as a Marketing Associate. You will work with our Professional Services Manager, Directors as well as Product Consultants.

We are looking for somebody with a can-do attitude, someone who wants to be innovative, and will take the extra steps necessary to develop the best content and designs.

This is a full-time, contract opportunity in which the new hire will

• Acquire a strong knowledge and in-depth understanding of Help Desk Technology’s Products ServicePRO and Zunaso Work Order.
• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns, report on data to measure campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, case studies, blog articles, infographics and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of digital and online marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Marketing Automation tools like AWeber, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and content management systems
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Experience with design and the Adobe Creative Suite is an asset

Soft Skills:

• Strong presentation and innovation skills.
• Strong market research skills
• Excellent Responsibility and Accountability Skills
• A positive attitude towards identifying and addressing areas of improvement
