What you’ll do
Implement and develop our HR operations in Toronto, aligned with local and national employment laws and best practices
Conduct recruitment and sourcing in the GTA area
Create a one-of-a-kind candidate and employee experience and work on employer branding
Plan and coordinate onboarding
Carry out social activities and events
Administer pay and benefits
Make sure our employee records, documentation and plans meet required standards and are aligned with local demands
Create and implement HR practices that support business and growth
Work, communicate and cooperate closely with our people team based in Helsinki, Finland
Your responsibilities will grow in tandem with our increasing presence in North America and our expanding team in Toronto. There are lots of opportunities for future career growth.
What you’ll bring
3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment with a growing company
Knowledge of local and national employment legislation
A relevant bachelor’s degree (a plus)
Prior experience of recruitment and sourcing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to influence and enhance a positive and impactful organizational culture
Keenness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
