For this position, you will be responsible for optimizing the business operations and increasing productivity for the various projects I am involved with.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expect to get several requests/day from me, many of which include tasks that must be done that day.
• Scheduling calendar, organizing day to day personal and business operations
• Social media planning, research, & content creation
• Prospect & outreach for potential clients & partnerships
• Manage & handle personal responsibilities
• Manage weekly to-do lists and ensure all tasks are being completed on time
• Maintain daily calendar, arrange calls, meetings, and conferences while making sure all details are handled in a clear and organized manner

Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple incoming requests, while ensuring they are relayed or handled at the appropriate time, in the necessary order, and in the correct manner
• Experienced with discord, twitch and the overall gaming community
• Knowledgeable with ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Experienced with social media marketing like tiktok, instagram, youtube
• Capability to set up new systems and processes in order to streamline business and personal functions

Experience:

• Ability to handle several emails, DMs, and requests per/day
• Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects
• Experience writing/creating viral video content
• Top-notch communication via social media, email, and phone, internally and with customers
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks
• Perfectionist, super attention to detail
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
